The term “Floribbean” means different things in different regions. Our style focuses on infusing spices or “heat” without making one cry – just enough to remind the palate that it is different and special. Our “Floribbean” is similar to most in the facts that we:
- Place an emphasis on extremely fresh ingredients
- Utilize complex medleys of spices – powerful flavors that are softened by milder ones
- Primarily serve seafood and poultry
- Generously use of fresh fruit and juices, especially citrus and sweet tropical fruits
- Prefer a more natural presentation and atmosphere than an pretentious one
